Registration of Speakers and Chairpersons will be at the Speakers’ Preview Room for:

• Collection of Congress pass, Badge and Door Gift 
• Uploading and checking of presentation materials 

1. Please proceed to the speakers’ Preview Room to collect your Congress pass the day prior to your scheduled presentation.
2. Please ensure that all amendments are completed in the speakers’ preview room at least 4-hours before the start of your session.
3. Changes to your slides can be donein the Speakers’ Preview Room, at the following timings:

1. Please note that Speakers’ Preview Corner fitted with computer projection facilities only. No overhead projector facilities are available.
2. Speakers should report to the room of their presentation at least 15 minutes before the start of the session to meet the session chairpersons, and familiarise themselves with the audio-visual equipment and venue layout.
3. Speakers are required to strictly adhere to the allocated presentation time allowance.

 

Chairpersons:

Chairpersons are requested to drop by the Speakers’ Preview Room to collect the speakers’ curriculum vitae at least one hour before the start of the session they are chairing. Chairpersons are also required to check on speakers’ attendance for the allocated chairing session at least 15 minutes before the commencement of that session.

Please advise Session Chairs to stop speakers if and when speaker exceed the allocated time.
